Built for EU data rules, not around them
The EU AI Act already partly applies. The rules most small teams meet — telling people when they're talking to AI, and making sure staff know the basics — are in force now. The high-risk rules were pushed back to December 2027. We default to EU-region hosting and self-hostable tools wherever sensitive data is involved, so compliance is designed in from day one — not bolted on after an audit.
Both certificates verify directly with Anthropic.

We build one thing well: an automation that removes a repetitive process from your week, for one monthly price. We're not a software vendor and we're not engineers selling you technology — the founder's background is operations, which mostly means we've been the person drowning in the manual work rather than the person theorising about it. Sometimes the answer is a custom build. Sometimes it's a tool you already own, used properly, and we'll say that instead.
If you have repetitive, document-heavy, or high-volume manual processes — accounting, client intake, order processing, scheduling — the method applies regardless of industry. We work best with teams of roughly 3–50 people.
The call is 30 minutes and the scoping visit two to three hours. Once you've signed, the build is usually two to three weeks from kickoff to live. Larger integrations get scoped individually and quoted before anything starts.
€500 a month for one automation, €800 a month for two, on a 12-month plan. Three or more we price together — from +€250 a month per extra automation. The call and the scoping visit are free, and there's no big payment upfront. The build, hosting, fixes and a monthly results report are all included, and once the 12 months are paid the automation is yours. The exception is Voice AI — ongoing speech and telephony infrastructure means voice builds are scoped and quoted individually.
You walk away. Before we build, we write down the number we're aiming at — hours saved per week, or time per transaction. If the automation doesn't hit it in its first 30 days live, you end the plan and owe nothing. We'd rather lose a client than argue about whether it worked.
The automation is yours, with full documentation — keep running it as it is. Or stay on for year two at the same price, with a set of improvements we agree at a review around month ten. Your call either way.
Fair question, and we won't pretend otherwise — we don't have a wall of client logos yet, and you should be suspicious of anyone at our stage who does. What we can do is show you working builds, walk you through the AI operating layer we run our own business on, and carry the risk ourselves — nothing big upfront, and a 30-day check you can walk away at.
