We build one thing well: a fixed-price automation that removes a repetitive process from your week. We're not a software vendor and we're not engineers selling you technology — the founder's background is operations, which mostly means we've been the person drowning in the manual work rather than the person theorising about it. Sometimes the answer is a custom build. Sometimes it's a tool you already own, used properly, and we'll say that instead.
If you have repetitive, document-heavy, or high-volume manual processes — accounting, client intake, order processing, scheduling — the method applies regardless of industry. We work best with teams of roughly 3–50 people.
The audit takes about a week. The Sprint is two to three weeks from kickoff to live. Larger integrations get scoped individually and quoted before anything starts.
The audit is €900 and gets credited back in full if you book the Sprint within 30 days. Sprints start at €4,500 for a single process, €7,500 for multi-process. The care plan afterwards starts at €350/month and is optional. All fixed price, fixed scope, no hourly billing. The exception is Voice AI — ongoing speech and telephony infrastructure means voice builds are scoped and quoted individually.
You get your money back. Before we start, we write down the number we're aiming at — hours saved per week, or time per transaction. If the build doesn't hit it within 30 days of going live, that's a full refund. We'd rather lose a fee than argue about whether it worked.
Fair question, and we won't pretend otherwise — we don't have a wall of client logos yet, and you should be suspicious of anyone at our stage who does. What we can do is show you working builds, walk you through the AI operating layer we run our own business on, and take the financial risk ourselves through the guarantee. Judge the build, not the brochure.
