Kemal — operations first, AI second
Mevera Labs is founded and run by Kemal, from Varna, Bulgaria. His background isn't software — it's operations: years as a workforce manager, doing the scheduling, the performance tracking, the reporting, and the same manual work every single week.
That's the point. He got tired of it and automated his own job's worst parts first — largely Excel-based reporting workflows, down to near-zero manual effort. Real work, real hours saved, before ever charging anyone a euro for it.
Most serious competitors lead with engineering credentials — university degrees, research institutes, certificates. That's the vendor's story. Ours is the buyer's story: an operations person with more reps, not a professor. If you want a peer who's been the one drowning in the manual work, that's what you get here.
Why this company exists
Small teams across the EU lose hours every week to work a machine should be doing — data re-typed into three systems, invoices handled by hand, the same question answered forty times. The people doing that work have better things to do, and their businesses can't afford the enterprise consultancies that fix it.

Working prototype builds
Invoice OCR with approval routing, an AP & input-cost tracker, RFQ email intake to CRM — built and tested end-to-end, demoed live, and labeled as prototypes rather than dressed up as client work.

We say this plainly instead of hiding it. The first five audits are free in exchange for the right to publish the findings — that's how the first case studies get made, in public.
